HR is all about managing all the people
of all different areas in an
organisation. An organisation consists
of finance, marketing, production,
operations, IT etc. so HR is the most
vital part of an organisation which
controls & co-ordinates between all the
respective areas of an organisation.
Now as a role of HR, in general we can say that managing the whole organisation. Recruitment, Pay-roll, motivation, training & development, performance appraisal, grievance handling, promotion, transfer, succession planning these all things key functions of HR. So i think we can consider HR as the backbone of an organisation.
